Rome Sweet Rome- Civitavecchia

Civitavecchia is a coastal town northwest of Rome, in Italy. Built in the 2nd century, the Port of Civitavecchia still retains some of its original features, like the Roman Dock. The port is the quickest route to Rome, which we opted out this time due to a Cinderella liberty of 5pm. We instead headed out to Castello Orsini-Odescalchi, a castle in Bracciano, in the Province of Rome, Lazio, Italy. It is located on the southern shore of Lake Bracciano. It was built in the 15th century, and combines the functions of a military defence structure and a civilian residence
